Move around the logistics centre and pick orders like a pro!
With the help of an electric order preparation trolley and a Bluetooth finger scanner, you will travel around the logistics centre picking up products for our customers.
You will receive orders via your trolley's screen and collect products for several customers at the same time.
Thanks to your quick and accurate approach, you will ensure that orders arrive on time.
Your main tasks will be:
- Picking food and non-food products using an electric cart and a finger scanner
- Verifying that you are picking the correct products
- Placing the picked products in the correct location for your colleagues in the shipping area
- Keeping your workspace clean and tidy
Important: some orders are picked in refrigerated areas.
What are we looking for in you?
✅ You speak English at B1 level or higher.
✅ Experience in logistics is desirable.
✅ You are in good physical condition.
The following will also be considered an advantage:
You have a driving licence.
Competitive salary based on your age:
- €14.40 per hour for those over 21 years old.
- €13.13 per hour for those 20 years old.
- €11.75 per hour for those 19 years old.
- €10.36 per hour for those 18 years old.

- Bonus for working in cold conditions: + £0.49 per hour
- Bonus for working in frozen conditions: + £1.19 per hour

Our selection process:
- Application: Apply to the offer/s that suit you. We'll get in contact with you within the next 48h hours to talk about your application. We'll discuss your experience, availability and expectations.
- Introduction: Who are you? Who are we? Where will you work..? We'd like to know who you are and to see you in person. We'll have a videocall interview to meet each other and solve all of our questions.
- Skills test: If the offer requires it, we'll make a small test for you to prove your skill.
- Documents: Once both parts are happy, we'll send you the required documents such as the job offer, contract, terms and conditions. You'll be able to sign these before travelling to The Netherlands.
- Transport and housing: If you're coming from abroad, you'll have to organize your trip. If you need housing, we'll organize it for you, including the transport between your job and the house. If you don't have Dutch medical insurance, we'll be able to offer it for you. These costs will be deducted directly from your weekly salaries and will show up in your payslip
- Starting in your new job: You'll have a job coach who'll answer and solve all your doubts and questions. You'll receive feedback and they'll always be available for you to discuss work related issues. Important: You'll receive your first salary at the end of your second work week, so we strongly recommend bringing some money to pay your essential expenses.
