This company, located in Oosterhout. makes delicious cookies. You know them. In fact, you just buy them at the supermarket. Working at this company is more than just eating cookies off the assembly line. Making, packing, mixing cookies and operating machines are among your duties. Working at this company means working in a real factory culture. The team is close-knit, driven and loyal. You will work in 3 shifts with the following working hours: from 06:00 to 14:00, from 14:00 to 22:00 and from 22:00 to 06:00.
At this company, there are several departments and positions where you can be employed as a Production Worker. Think of replacing material, adding ingredients and packaging the products. In between you keep an eye on the line to make sure it doesn't get stuck and you can also be deployed as a packaging employee. In short, a varied range of tasks. This will not be your end station, because at this company you can quickly grow as an operator, for example.
- Minimum duration of 6 months (ideally 1 year)
- A2/B1 English (part of the interview will be solely in English)
- Driver's license (high valuable)
- EU Nationality
- A salary of 15,50€/h
- Salary increase after 26 weeks of employment

Our selection process:
- Application: Apply to the offer/s that suit you. We'll get in contact with you within the next 48h hours to talk about your application. We'll discuss your experience, availability and expectations.
- Introduction: Who are you? Who are we? Where will you work..? We'd like to know who you are and to see you in person. We'll have a videocall interview to meet each other and solve all of our questions.
- Skills test: If the offer requires it, we'll make a small test for you to prove your skill.
- Documents: Once both parts are happy, we'll send you the required documents such as the job offer, contract, terms and conditions. You'll be able to sign these before travelling to The Netherlands.
- Transport and housing: If you're coming from abroad, you'll have to organize your trip. If you need housing, we'll organize it for you, including the transport between your job and the house. If you don't have Dutch medical insurance, we'll be able to offer it for you. These costs will be deducted directly from your weekly salaries and will show up in your payslip
- Starting in your new job: You'll have a job coach who'll answer and solve all your doubts and questions. You'll receive feedback and they'll always be available for you to discuss work related issues. Important: You'll receive your first salary at the end of your second work week, so we strongly recommend bringing some money to pay your essential expenses.
