They have a team of flex coaches (of all different nationalities) ready to give you all the instructions you need to get a good start at work.
Almost everything that you can do in a warehouse! Your tasks depend on the department you work in. Such as:
Dividing pallets of goods into smaller badges and label them
Taking goods to the right department
Collecting orders, scanning orders and putting them in a metal box
Packing orders into boxes and sending them to expedition
Sorting boxes based on their codes
Checking the quality of returned goods
Sending returned goods to a smaller warehouse
The job is light and easy, so it's for everyone! It is nice if:
You are able to stand and walk for several hours
You are able to lift up to 5 KG
You are able to follow rules and work independently
You are willing to work with different nationalities
You are willing to work during holidays (especially Christmas)
You are able and willing to remove all your piercings in the warehouse
A salary of:
€ 14,06 per hour for 21 year and older
€ 11,29 per hour for 20 year
€ 10,38 per hour for 19 year
€ 9,48 per hour for 18 year
10.5% holiday allowance
You can work together with friends/family, group maximum of 3/4 people
Opportunity to get a contract at CEVA (own accommodation, 1140 hours worked)
Nice allowances:
10% 19:00 - 00:00
25% 00:00 - 07:00
50% Saturday and Sunday
100% national holidays
Morning: 7:00 - 15:30, 8:00 - 16:30, 9:00 - 17:30
Afternoon: 15:30 - 00:00, 16:30 - 01:00, 17:30 - 01:30
Our selection process:
- Application: Apply to the offer/s that suit you. We'll get in contact with you within the next 48h hours to talk about your application. We'll discuss your experience, availability and expectations.
- Introduction: Who are you? Who are we? Where will you work..? We'd like to know who you are and to see you in person. We'll have a videocall interview to meet each other and solve all of our questions.
- Skills test: If the offer requires it, we'll make a small test for you to prove your skill.
- Documents: Once both parts are happy, we'll send you the required documents such as the job offer, contract, terms and conditions. You'll be able to sign these before travelling to The Netherlands.
- Transport and housing: If you're coming from abroad, you'll have to organize your trip. If you need housing, we'll organize it for you, including the transport between your job and the house. If you don't have Dutch medical insurance, we'll be able to offer it for you. These costs will be deducted directly from your weekly salaries and will show up in your payslip
- Starting in your new job: You'll have a job coach who'll answer and solve all your doubts and questions. You'll receive feedback and they'll always be available for you to discuss work related issues. Important: You'll receive your first salary at the end of your second work week, so we strongly recommend bringing some money to pay your essential expenses.
