Before your first day of work, we'll give you a tour of the company. Depending on the workload, you'll be assigned to a department where help is needed. This means your duties may vary, so it's important to be flexible and open to new assignments.
Your tasks may include:
- Pick items on the picking line
- Packing products in boxes
- Scan articles
- Add labels for the customer or destination country
- Check orders
- Sort and place boxes on pallets
- B1/B2 English level (part of the interview will be solely in English)
- Driver's license (high valuable)
- EU Nationality
- A salary of 14,40€/h (+10,5% holiday allowance)
- 1 year duration (renewed monthly)
- Shift bonuses:
- 135% bonus: from 19:00h to 24:00h
- 145% bonus: from 24:00h to 06:00h
- 135% bonus: from 06:00h to 07:00h
Our selection process:
- Application: Apply to the offer/s that suit you. We'll get in contact with you within the next 48h hours to talk about your application. We'll discuss your experience, availability and expectations.
- Introduction: Who are you? Who are we? Where will you work..? We'd like to know who you are and to see you in person. We'll have a videocall interview to meet each other and solve all of our questions.
- Skills test: If the offer requires it, we'll make a small test for you to prove your skill.
- Documents: Once both parts are happy, we'll send you the required documents such as the job offer, contract, terms and conditions. You'll be able to sign these before travelling to The Netherlands.
- Transport and housing: If you're coming from abroad, you'll have to organize your trip. If you need housing, we'll organize it for you, including the transport between your job and the house. If you don't have Dutch medical insurance, we'll be able to offer it for you. These costs will be deducted directly from your weekly salaries and will show up in your payslip
- Starting in your new job: You'll have a job coach who'll answer and solve all your doubts and questions. You'll receive feedback and they'll always be available for you to discuss work related issues. Important: You'll receive your first salary at the end of your second work week, so we strongly recommend bringing some money to pay your essential expenses.
