GoCarfactory is a modern car remarketing center in Veghel. Every year, they prepare 4,500 vehicles for their next owner. From cleaning and polishing to removing stickers.
In this flexible job, you’ll help clean and prepare cars in a modern deep-clean zone. No experience? No problem, we’ll train you!
Your tasks include:
Cleaning cars: vacuuming, using air blowers, cleaning inside plastics, steaming or treating leather, polishing small spots, cleaning windows and floor mats
Telling your supervisor if something is broken or not normal
Recording your completed tasks on the work order, including time spent and comments
You are physically fit and can work standing or bending for long periods, both indoors and outdoors
You have great attention to detail and patience
You work accurately and care about quality
You are flexible and willing to switch between tasks
You can speak and understand basic English, Dutch or German
You are willing to work with cleaning products
You will earn €15.52 gross per hour.

Support from HOBIJ
You will work from Monday to Friday, between 08:30 and 17:00. Occasionally, you may be asked to work in the evening or on weekends.
Our selection process:
Application: Apply to the offer/s that suit you. We'll get in contact with you within the next 48h hours to talk about your application. We'll discuss your experience, availability and expectations.
Introduction: Who are you? Who are we? Where will you work..? We'd like to know who you are and to see you in person. We'll have a videocall interview to meet each other and solve all of our questions.
Skills test: If the offer requires it, we'll make a small test for you to prove your skill.
Documents: Once both parts are happy, we'll send you the required documents such as the job offer, contract, terms and conditions. You'll be able to sign these before travelling to The Netherlands.
Transport and housing: If you're coming from abroad, you'll have to organize your trip. If you need housing, we'll organize it for you, including the transport between your job and the house. If you don't have dutch medical insurance, we'll be able to offer it for you. These costs will be deducted directly from your weekly salaries and will show up in your payslip
Starting in your new job: You'll have a job coach who'll answer and solve all your doubts and questions. You'll receive feedback and they'll always be available for you to discuss work related issues. Important: You'll receive your first salary at the end of your second work week, so we strongly recommend bringing some money to pay your essential expenses.
