Before your first working day, we will give you a tour of the company. After that, you can start right away! Depending on how busy it is, you will be placed in a department where help is needed. This means your tasks can change. It's important that you are flexible and open to new things.
Depending on the department you start in, you will be working with packing, scanning, handling returns, sorting, and labeling.
Your tasks may include:
- Picking items at the picking line
- Packing products into boxes
- Scanning items
- Adding stickers for customer or country
- Checking orders
- Sorting and placing boxes on pallets
- You have a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- You speak English at B2 level or higher
- You enjoy working in a team
- You pay attention to details
- You are available full-time
- You are flexible with working hours
- You don't mind physically demanding work
- Experience in logistics is a plus, but not required
- You like working in an international team
There are many chances to grow within Arvato. For example, you can become a trainer or even a team leader.
Everyone starts with a salary of €14.40 gross per hour.
Your salary increases based on experience:
- 0-2 years of experience: €14.40
- 2+ years of experience: €14.48
You will get extra allowances:
- Work between 19:00 - 24:00: 135%
- Work between 24:00 - 06:00: 145%
- Work between 06:00 - 07:00: 135%
In addition, you will receive:
- 10.5% holiday allowance
- Travel allowance
- Long-term job with a chance for a fixed contract
- Work clothing and shoes provided
- A work schedule from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of weekend shifts
- Working in different shifts is possible
The working hours are from Monday to Friday between 06:00 and 19:00. Weekend work may be required during busy periods.
